- Tier D removed at today's power calculation
- During next Friday (11 Sep 09), the following will be applied:
-- Clans with less than 50 members will become a Pacifist Clan and cannot take part in clan wars.
-- Pacifist clans can only return to war by getting 50 or more members and await the next power calculation.
-- Clans with less than 30 members will be auto-deleted.
